Responsibilities:

• Work in Active Directory to create accounts for accessing network resources and applications for end users. Including assigning permissions to users and security groups to access said resources.
• Use SolarWinds Orion Monitoring to assess server health and usage. Add nodes to monitor alerts for space usage, cpu usage, memory usage, and to monitor if node loses function to allow quick reaction to bring services back online.
• Assign users and groups to published applications in Citrix XenApp 6.5. Troubleshoot issues with users accessing applications and with saving files through published application.
