  • Worked as a primary Avaya Aura Conferencing L3 Support on majority of the Daily tickets 2 - 3 service tickets in SDM12 on a daily basis, most often I work on majority of tickets assigned to our group’s queue, 3 tickets /day mostly and sometimes when 2 tickets when there aren’t much tickets in the queue, resolved around 100 tickets
