I'm responsible for more than 20 customers who have a trustful partnership with IBM providing support for Storage Area Network with a focus on maintenance of storages (disks), switches and servers that provide access to SAN devices.
In commitment to the Client First, which is the currently delivery framework proposed by Confidential, I maintain the storage networks through monitoring devices and automatically generated calls.
I also provide disk space (LUN) to servers that are already part of the environment or recently added to the environment.
Working on projects I added new storages devices to the environment as well the decomission of those that will be no longer used.
