- Any planned outages I would send an email out to the whole command to inform them what the outages was for and when it is going to happen. I also included how long the outage will last.
- I added websites to the Bluecoats or proxy server to block or open access when I received an approved request.
- Assign team members incident tickets from the Remedy ticket system and ensure the ticket is closed within the SLA timeframe
