Responsible for full cycle of Sales recruitment.
Marketing consultants Resumes of Various Technologies.
Involved in marketing profiles of OPT, H1B, H4 EAD, USC .
Posting Resume of the Consultants in all Job Portals like Dice, Career Builder, Monster etc.
Sourcing and applying on Portals to get requirements for our Consultants.
Involved in Updating profiles on daily basis in all Job portals.
Broadcasting Updated Hot list daily in groups and to huge network I have.
Checking with prime vendors & Vendors about requirements on daily basis where I have very good contact.
Calling consultants daily to be in touch with them, to get hold of them and following up with them on submissions updates from vendors.
Submitting our Consultants resume to the perfect match requirement to my Preferred Vendors and Middle Layers and following up with them for their updates.
Follow up with consultant and vendor to confirm the availability of the consultant make sure that consultant should attend for the interview.
Follow up with Vendors when candidate confirmed for the Project Communicate to the consultant and following up with the vendors till they get joined. And I ll make sure that the Paper work, NCA Agreement, PO should be done in proper way. And further things like signing the agreements are handled by our HR Manager.
Maintaining Good Database/ Internal Database and good Relationship with Different Vendors.
