Evaluation/Approval of NB - IoT and 5G Designs from contractors.
Eastern US Lead during initial NB-IoT buildout with 4 RFE assigned to me.

RF Engineer Network Performance

Responsibilities:

Create and Present ROOT Metrics, Nielson, new builds/Capacity Adds using PowerPoint to show and recommend areas needing improving also the solutions for fixing issues (i.e. Newbuild, Site Opto, Capacity adds, etc.…)
Testing new hardware in live network, presenting results and recommending Go/No Go (TMA’s, Radio swaps, Antennas etc.…)
Device testing in live network when new features or Bands are added in multiple situations various Handover and frequency border areas. Collecting logs and evaluating issues when needed to present enough information to UE vendor in order accelerate the patching process to eliminate device issues.
