Work closely with all IT functional areas to design and implement operational requirements for new and existing IT systems
Assist with network related user performance and connectivity issues
Troubleshooting and configuring, and supporting Cisco switches, IOS, IOS XE and NXOS.
Uses knowledge of LAN/WAN and Wireless (Wi - Fi) systems to help design and install internal and external networks
Tests and evaluates network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements.
Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for network administration, usage, and disaster recovery
Utilize Routing protocols like EIGRP, BGP, OSPF and VPN (Anyconnect, IPSEC and EZVPN) and NAC configuration skills and complete the tasks assigned.
