Manage all Cisco firewalls, switches and networking equipment.
Establish network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols.
Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor
Establish network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls.
Act as primary contact for computer hardware and software problems, as well as network emergencies.
Respond to all client requests for technical support by phone, email and the inter-office chat service.

Draft materials and organize sessions for new employees.
Work with outside vendors and teams to develop voice and data wiring infrastructure.
Manage application patches, data backup, security changes and network configurations.
Test and troubleshoot new versions of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Adobe and Radio Station Software. Upgrade network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.
