The Consumer Service Operations Representative 2 may perform installation, implementation, client support, client services, client administration, customer service, enrolment and eligibility, claims processing, and call center operations.
Investigates and settles claims and customer service issues.
Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments.
Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction.
Follows standard policies/practices dat allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

High school diploma or equivalent
Data entry skills and an analytical mindset
Previous administrative or related experience
Team player, ability to work with tight schedules, multiple priorities as well as work independently
Capacity to maintain confidentiality
Ability to multi - task, detail oriented, with strong written & verbal communication
Intermediate with Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to type 40-50 wpm
Must be able to work an 8 hour shift between the hours.
