- Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction.
- Follows standard policies/practices dat allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Data entry skills and an analytical mindset
- Previous administrative or related experience
- Team player, ability to work with tight schedules, multiple priorities as well as work independently
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to multi - task, detail oriented, with strong written & verbal communication
- Intermediate with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to type 40-50 wpm
- Must be able to work an 8 hour shift between the hours.
