- Developed innovative and highly effective Pilot Recruitment process utilizing online resources Openhire , data mining techniques, statistical analysis, and a robust presence at job fairs. This program led the successful recruitment of over 50 pilots while simultaneously increasing the average pilot flight experience by 200 and ultimately establishing a flexible pilot pool in anticipation of future growth.
- Created cost reduction analysis for new pilot classes and internal employees travel and accommodations resulting in a savings of 42.5 .
- Developed a voluntary retirement program for Pilots to accommodate for industry downturn and excess capacity within the fleet. This project included the requisite demographics/employee data analysis, cost/benefit analysis, benefits planning, and financial projections. Estimate savings associated with the execution of this project are projected to be in excess of 1.5M in the coming 5 years.
- Acted as the Project Manager in the construction of a state-of-the-art pilot training facility in Orlando, FL. Oversaw 250K construction budget. Performed architectural design and review in conjunction with VP of Pilot Training.
- Hired and managed General Contractor and associated trades throughout the entire project including all furniture and audio/video related items. The project was completed successfully within budget and ahead of schedule.
