Documents of Records:
The ‘Documents of record’ functionality will consolidate the maintenance of various personal and legislative documents in Oracle HRMS at one place. Initially it will provide an effective replacement to existing EIT based solutions provided for the purpose. In later phases it is under consideration to integrate with other modules in HRMS product family and consolidate other person documents, like resumes, contract notes, in this single repository.

Person Name Formats:
This enhancement is to provide flexible name formats throughout the eBusiness Suite. The chosen design allows Oracle Applications and customer code to display names in a consistent format by implementation of certain formatting rules. The rules themselves will be stored in one new table. Oracle will create and deliver the rules for a certain subset of name formats, as determined principally by the UI team.

VETS 100A Reports (For USHR Customers):
The VETS-100A Report is to be completed by each federal contractor or subcontractor with a contract or subcontract entered into or modified on or after December 1, 2003, in the amount of $100,000 or more with any department or agency of the United States for the procurement of personal property and non-personal services (including construction).
