November 2011 to September 2012 – Oracle Developer, Confidential,As an Oracle Developer, Mr. Mann is part of a team developing a classified e-commerce application on an Oracle platform. His tasks include:
- Developing PL/SQL stored procedures and triggers incorporating XML and XLST files, and web service using Oracle’s Enterprise Service Bus scripts to process data received from external sources into a database.

Comprizon.Suite is a web-based product with Oracle as a backend, used to create requisitions that initiate the procurement process. The requisitions are then sent to a financial system for approval. Once approved, the requisitions are returned to Comprizon.Suite, where the procurement process continues. The requisitions are sent to a client/server based Comprizon.Buy for the procurement awarding, modifications, and closeout process. This included writing the functional specifications for the Comprizon.Suite and Comprizon.Buy for the new interface. He also wrote test scripts for the Comprizon.Suite portion of the software.

January 2001 – April 2004 – Programmer/Analyst Lead, Confidential,
- As a Systems Administrator for Open Allotment, Mr. Mann was responsible for maintaining the Automated Fund Control Order System (AFCOS)/Standard Army Financial System (STANFINS)/State Automated Budget System (SABS) system for the users. This included system testing, setting up user system access, trouble shooting issues as they arise, and interfacing with developers, DBAs, and end users.

Recommended database changes and developed SQL scripts that modified the database at field sites when releasing software; coordinated yearly end of year software and script changes for SABERS as directed by the customer; and migrated and coordinated SABERS forms, program, and database tables from an Oracle 7.3 platform to an Oracle 8i platform.
