This includes spec out designs of new servers, including SAN layout and space requirements, server creation/configuration, installation, and migrations of the current data. I analyzed oil and gas data from Oracle applications from multiple 3rd party vendors (Landmark, Schlumberger, IHS, Drilling Info and Sandridge Energy) for extraction to reporting databases. This also required me to proficient in the analytics tool, TIBCO Spotfire. I installed TIBCO Spotfire Analytics Software and created analytical visualizations per user requirements for studies of well history to determine well performance. For IPT I incorporated a SQL database and Spotfire analytics provided by joint venture partner Sandridge Energy. This database was used to analyze well data by the team in an effort to locate the next best drilling opportunities.
