SUMMARY:
- I am an American citizen with over 18 years of solutions - oriented experience in IT, management, strategy, and operations consulting. Over the years, I have specifically become a skilled enterprise software & systems architect, data & information architect, database administrator, and master data management engineer; with a proven record in big-data & traditional database systems. I am a proficient architect & engineer of agile data analyses schemes, which includes the design, development, and implementation of data workflows and data analyses frameworks. Furthermore - as a competent project manager and high-energy/hands-on professional, I am adept at developing, implementing, and managing broad visions and project plans, with a keen ability to cultivate and maintain excellent collaborative relationships focused on building communicative & productive teams that strategically achieve bottom-line objectives and goals.
- In recent years, I have successfully engaged in Enterprise Wide Solutions projects from an entrepreneurial perspective with accomplishments in big data management, data analytics, and business process improvement across a broad spectrum of industries. Specifically - over the last couple of years, I have worked in the aviation industry with the Confidential as a senior systems & software architect responsible for managing the architectural refactoring process of Harris’s Data Communications Analysis Toolkit - an integral element of the FAA’s ‘Next ’ Data Communications Initiative. The DCAT 2.0 architecture refactoring effort yielded a flexible, qualitative, secure and dynamic big-data analytics framework with the capacity to meet significantly increased aircraft communications data loads, and the proficiency to harness the values hidden within the vast spectrum of the FAA’s data sets.

Program Manager, Senior Software, Systems, and Data Architect
- Managed the liaison between Harris Corp. and subcontractor - ATA (full stack data scientists), to produce project development artifacts such as - Business Architecture, Use Case Specifications, Data Documentation, Data Workflows, Product Architecture, and Trade Studies; as a part of Harris’s business requirements process. These artifacts guided and drove the successful development and implementation of the ‘Data Communications Analyses Toolkit’ (DCAT).
- Developed the specifications for performance necessary to achieve DCAT requirements for collecting, processing, storing, publishing, and analyzing aviation communications data at Initial Operating Capability (IOC) such that the system would substantially improve upon the current state, and not require a major upgrade for at least 5 years.
- Led the design, development, and implementation of DCAT capability requirements (providing reports, visualizations, data-sets, services, etc.) workflow models, and solutions architecture (conceptual, logical, and physical architectures), which was designed to capture exponential volumes of live aviation communications data whilst still maintaining strict data validity.
- Created DCAT Development, Test, Verification, and Release schedules utilized in the implementation of DCAT using an Agile/Scrum framework iterative development approach, where ‘sprints’ where completed every 3 weeks.
- Developed and implemented Jupyter Notebooks scripts written in Python (PySpark) for Kafka, Logstash (ELK Stack) and Spark utilization. These scripts were executed as jobs to carry-out such tasks as - data validations, marking up (enrichment algorithms applied to raw XML data feeds coming into the DCAT system) of data, conversion of xml files to JSON documents, and so on.
- Authored the DCAT User manual and tech documentation to make it easier for new DCAT users (DCAT Business analysts, Data scientists, and Developers, etc.) to onramp, and learn how to utilize and extend the DCAT data analytics system.

Operations Director, Data Architect
- Contracted with OT&T Consulting (Nigeria), a JV partner with IVU Traffic Technologies AG (Germany), and ICT-works (South Africa) together known as the IVU Consortium to design, develop and implement a comprehensive database (Oracle 12C) infrastructure plan in support of LAMATA’s - Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority - new $6M intelligent transportation system (ITS) project - an electronic metro-bus scheduler/timetable system.
- Developed highly normalized transactional 3NF ERD model, designed to capture high volumes of live metro-bus transaction data whilst maintaining strict data atomicity and referential integrity for said OLTP system, which was integrated with the IVU traffic technologies business logic tier as a final ITS deliverable to LAMATA.
- Developed ETL PL/SQL data authentication package used to assess, cleanse, and authenticate the qualitative state of incoming ITS transaction data, to be utilized by the ops support & reporting team via EDW at OT&T Consulting.

Data Architect -
- Contracted with OT&T Consulting to provide comprehensive database support for Etisalat - A major Nigerian mobile telecoms COY. I sourced and managed a team to build and administer modular (MySql) star-schema data-marts, used to collect and store regional store sales data, as well as collect and process ‘point of interest’ product & service sales data, loaded by sales agents using custom built android forms and Python/Hive (HDFS) MapReduce constructs.
- Proposed data warehouse modernization initiatives; Upon approval - developed and implemented a more normalized ‘Inmon’ Oracle EDW, and also developed an ETL scheme to migrate POI star-schema based EDW from MySql to snowflake schema based EDW in Oracle 11GR2, which solved data integrity and storage space issues.
