- First - contact support for Database 2 Universal Database for Linux, Unix & Windows.
- Questions ranged from how-to, more detailed analysis, tuning problems, defects, and root cause analysis of crashes.
- Most required detailed product knowledge.
- Within 6 weeks of being transferred to this new area was answering more questions than any other team member (4 in total including me). By the end of 2008 had answered 30% of all questions while achieving a 95% customer satisfaction rating.
