Responsibilities:
- Application DBA for the YOM Collections Application which is used by over 5000 collectors during the day (OLTP) and runs batch updates at night (OLAP). It has real time data retrievals from other systems such as Hogan and Credit Bridge and also has a Reporting Database that is constantly updated by the Shareplex software product which runs on both the Production and Reporting database.
- Some of the database responsibilities included TTS, RLS, working with Standby databases., providing user support to YOM Developers, Reporting Users and the YOM staff.
