Responsibilities:
- As the primary Oracle Database Administrator for a 24x7 global medical manufacturer, it was my responsibility to ensure that our production Oracle ERP & Agile systems were available and performing at an optimal level.
- I also functioned as the primary point of contact for our 3 rd party support provider.
- My duties included; ensuring patching, clones, tablespace and datafile management, re-orgs, record locks, and SR’s are completed timely and accurately, and respond to any degradation in performance.
