Compliance Report Support Resume
SUMMARY:
I am a data modeling “wizard” and a full life cycle Oracle professional. I have worked on a wide range on projects Some of these began with requirements gathering and reporting. I built logical and physical data models; implemented the models and trained the users. Several of my projects focused on performance tuning. I have worked on inter and intra Oracle migration projects. Some of these involved the migration of data in Oracle to new structures or to a new Oracle version. Another project migrated an entire data base including data, structures and TSql procedures from SQLServer to Oracle and PL/SQL
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
PL/SQL: Extensive experience including functions, procedures, packages, triggers and collections. Comfortable with many Oracle supplied packages including DBMS AQ, DBMS OUTPUT and UTL FILES.
SQL: Extensive experience including DML, DDL and DCL. Familiar with all row and aggregate functions and some analytic functions. Have achieved 80% performance improvement with SQL, PL/SQL and/or physical model tuning.
ETL: Several successful ETL projects using SQL and PL/SQL. This includes load, transform, purge and merge operations. Some experience with off the shelf tools like Informatica.
Data Modeling: Gathered user Requirements. Constructed data models from user requirements. As a model reviewer I have helped tune and refine models constructed by others. Familiar with tools such as Oracle CASE*Designer, SQL*Developer, SQLDesigner and ERWIN I have instructed several hundred students in the use of Oracle’s SDLC and tools.
