  • Led US Shift over 5 DBAs for a period of 1.5years, collaborating with Apps Management and offshore team to split up customers so each DBA would have a primary and secondary set of environments to focus on; Developed team camaraderie during team meetings and allowed DBAs to suggest technical knowledge sharing projects and volunteer for focused assignments.
  • Performed Database Health Checks to keep databases performance at peak level, addressing any issues, performing reorgs of tables and indexes, and working to tune problem SQL.
