Responsible for Production Level Support for over 1,000 Customer Facing Databases across the spectrum of the business. This includes implementing changes, troubleshooting performance issues and investigating monitor alerts.
Part of an implementation and operationalization team responsible for getting Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c functioning in our environment as a working substitute for cronjob based monitoring. This allowed me to get a more in depth look at the Infrastructure that is used within our environment and how some of the scripts we use to monitor our environment work.
