- Responsible for Production Level Support for over 1,000 Customer Facing Databases across the spectrum of the business. This includes implementing changes, troubleshooting performance issues and investigating monitor alerts.
- Part of an implementation and operationalization team responsible for getting Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c functioning in our environment as a working substitute for cronjob based monitoring.
