I received and reviewed new jobs. They were posted on a calendar on the day the job was due for completion, and then put in a job log. More detailed information was posted on Microsoft Access, and this information was then posted on Virginia\'s Miss Utility web site to have various public utilities mark their lines, if any, on the job site. Finally, the customer (contractor or homeowner) was contacted by phone or fax and advised we would be doing the job and given information that would help us do the job with minimal interruption or obstacles
