Sr. Systems Analyst/Sr. Communication Specialist/Major Problem Coordinator/Operations Manager
Duties: Senior Communication Specialist currently working as an Outage Manager, responsibilities include assessing situations and determine to troubleshoot, engage upper level support or initiate outage page to correct support group, while opening a conference bridge and MML call.
Microsoft Exchange/BlackBerry Administrator. Responsible for effective and efficient solutions to business problems, primarily through the planning, design and implementation of information systems, which support the business objectives of AT&T.
Administrate Blackberry Enterprise Servers, provide Level 2+ support, including Provision, maintain, administer, troubleshooting and resolution of reported incidents and other requests for all EAS and Blackberry Devices.
New wireless devices provisioned and to insure performance, billing and security standards are met and adequately reflected in all provisioning.
Handle day-to-day BES and blackberry related technical problem.
Utilize RIM resource kit tool to isolate individual user problem.
Certification of new desktop manager and handheld software.
Provide routine administrative functions,BES account creation/delete, Resending IT policy and service book, Upgrade device firmware and setting Enterprise Activation password and resetting device password.
To ensure the stable operations of in-house Exchange e-mail messaging systems and their corresponding hardware and software. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network connections and communication links. Also analyze and resolve end-user messaging program and connectivity issues in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user training where required.
Support of 80 Microsoft Exchange 2000 & 2003 Servers and migration of 30,000 mailboxes.
Implemented and managed electronic Fax system utilizing interfaces for Exchange.
Installed, supported, and performed upgrades for RIM Blackberry Enterprise Server & Blackberry Desktop Manager and Enterprise Server.
Installed, supported, Administrator and performed upgrades for Right Fax Server & Client 7.2, 8.0, 8.5 & 9.0
Utilize Windows 2000 Computer Management to perform administrative functions and maintain system security
