Target (2008 - present): Instocks Team Member. Worked in a variety of departments, from Produce to Electronics. Won nine monthly Top Contributor awards, and won District Great Team Hero award, for the top employee among a dozen stores. Responsibilities included interacting with customers in a sales environment, providing all weekly product knowledge for the store team while in Electronics, and ordering inventory while working in the Produce department. Trained in and knowledgeable about twelve distinct roles, from food service to bike assembly. Currently responsible for leading and scheduling a small team of people in the replenishment process.
