  • Designed and released seat, seatbelt, floor cover, headliner, dash panel insulator, sound deadeners, center console, parking brake handle, cowl trim panel, for 2001 P131 (F-Series Truck) for RHD markets including Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. Applied Confidential European design requirements.
  • Designed and released seatbelts with a Brazilian seat belt supplier for P131 RHD Australia. A number of seatbelt anchorage testing and sled testing have been performed successfully.
  • Designed and released third row seatbelts for Econoline, and anchorage testing has been performed successfully.
  • Responsible for on-going design changes of exterior and interior trim for P131 RHD.
  • Participated in a MCR team as a headliner engineer. Proposed to minimize the part numbers of passenger cars and light trucks sun visors from 108, to 8~10 by sun visor size.
