Scheduler

Responsible for the commitment to meet all objectives from preliminary mold design to first tryout.
Responsible for the creation of manufacturing timelines for new tool builds using MS Project.
Responsible for maintaining and updating master schedule for all new tool builds and engineering changes.
Use scheduling software to schedule workload to different departments.
Ensuring all molds built are to company /customer standards, in a timely manner to meet or exceed expectations.
Responsible for tracking and analyzing information for daily updates for tool progress during manufacturing.
Responsible for identifying issues with tools, then reporting to design department, program manager, department leaders, and all other management involved with tool builds. Assist with creating solutions to any problems to resolve issues for tool build.
Responsible for all outsourcing requirements to keep tool build production on schedule.
Responsible for issuing purchase requisitions to outside vendors for work performed. This includes handling all financial agreements and work line up per job outsourced.
Responsible for data management and transferring data to outside facilities.
Responsible for follow up and creating reports for all outsourced work.

CNC Programmer/Machinist/Mold Maker

Experienced with setting up and designing CAD files into CAM files for machining.
Experienced with programming CNC machines using various CAD/CAM software.
Experienced with 3 dimensional, 2 dimensional, conversational, and G & M manual programming.
Experienced with holding tight tolerances for specified parts (Experienced with GD&T).
Experienced with setting up a desired work piece for CNC machining and/or grinding.
Experienced with tramming in and setting work coordinates for desired work piece.
Experienced with fixture and jig systems for work piece set ups.
