Responsibilities:

  • Designed, implemented, configured and tested the use of Quest Migration Manager (QMM) with the NDS Migrator
  • Created custom scripts to seamlessly transfer users from old Novell print servers using iPrint to the new Windows 2008 print servers in the target domain
  • Created and documented migration processes, test plans, and roll-back procedures for Active Directory and Exchange migration activities
  • Upgraded Microsoft Systems Management Server 2003 (SMS 2003) to Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007 (SCCCM 2007 )
  • Designed a zero touch installation for Windows 7 machines with Microsoft Office 2007
  • Created upgrade packages to upgrade the existing Windows XP machines containing Microsoft Office XP to Microsoft Office 2007 using SCCM
  • Designed a DFS infrastructure that better facilitated the needs of the remote and travelling users
