- Process applicants in the Confidential Database System for twenty-two Personnel Security Specialist
- Retrieve and enter employee information and sensitive information into database system.
- Enter case numbers into the CPS Database System and assign cases to Personnel Security Analyst.
- Ensure start and finish dates are applied in a Confidential Database.
- Identify eligibility for Confidential Clearances and above with waivers.
- Deliver sensitive cases to Confidential Headquarters for review by section chief for finalized applicants.

- As I was in training for my job as a Diplomatic Security Officer at the State Department I had to learn how to disassemble the weapons, as well as clean them. Learned how to load and unload the weapon and learned how to get a jam round out of the weapon, also had to qualify at the gun range as there was a certain amount of time for each distance, had to use your strong hand and non supporting hand as well as two hands.
