Responsibilities:
- Automated Confidential audit processing which reduced the work load required by my team on this weekly report by 87%. Was selected as the September 2014 Care Sciences Employee of the Month for my success on this project.
- Created a report that combines data from several sources to assist team with managing time off - the-phone and voluntary-time-off activities for agents to present it in a consistent and easy to understand format. This process went from taking approximately 1 man-hour per day down to 3 minutes.
- Created an automated pivot table report for our leadership of all absences by call center. This report is crucial during weather related events effecting attendance.
- Created an automated report with key “lever” pivot tables that show our intra-day performance by lines of business and broken down by internal vs. external agents. This process went from taking approximately 2 man-hours per day down to 1 minute.
- Created skilling and naming automation in Avaya CMS for team. This took our current manual skilling of 600 agents from 60 minutes down to 14 minutes. This was a goal set by our vice president for our team to complete this year. Was selected as the April 2016 Care Science Employee of the Month for my success on this project.
