Recently retired from IRS after 23 years experience with mainframe COBOL, the last 13 as lead tech. Our system utilized all facets of files – batch, indexed-sequential, transaction/on-line, and database. Created test cases, test case specifications, E2E, for a multi-platform environment. I maintained documentation for developers, SAT testers, users, and the public ( IR manuals 2.4.6 and 2.11). I have a confidential security clearance and a good reputation with my business analysts and co-workers and use them as references.
