• Client TIAA-CREF in Charlotte
• Currently assigned to Legal Split and Data Mining projects.
• Primary responsibility was to manage the Bulk Internal Transfer System (BITS). This system played a critical role in goals set by TIAA-CREF management for conversion to OMNI.
• Secondary responsibility was to manage and assist the batch process of Minimum Distribution Options (MDO) system. An extremely complicated system involving over 1600 modules.
• Successfully maintained OPS Dashboard system for about a year
• Played lead role in maintaining and running Legal Split process.
