Instances:

  • The SMS messages were not being sent correctly from MOTO Q family of phones to other phones. The problem was duplicated and analyzed. We created a sample code to conclude that the usual parameter SMSDE_OPTIMAL used in SMSSendMessage API had to be replaced by SMSDE_GSM as some of the MOTO Q series phones support GSM 7-bit encoding instead of UNICODE encoding.
  • Listed the API to turn text prediction on/off in MOTO Q family phones and also gave an option to do so directly by altering the registry settings.
  • Provided registry information to developers for utilizing Microsoft GPS APIs
  • Guided the developers to Mobile2Market program and Motorola\'sApplication Testing Program for getting the applications certified.

Automated Administrator for Symposium (AAS) is middleware software, which converts Nortel Symposium Event Interface (SEI) messages into Cisco ICM ConAPI messages. The purpose of this software is to synchronize administrative changes made on the child Symposium system with the ICM database, thereby eliminating the need for a system administrator to administer changes twice (once in the Nortel Admin and once in the ICM administration). All additions, deletions and updates to agents and their skill sets made via Nortel Symposium administration are dynamically made to the ICM database real time.
