  • One of the main challenges was to create a product taxonomy that matched the various customer segments: from primary buyers to floating customers.
  • Created a content strategy that matches the product taxonomy in 3 dimensions, the category of customers, the product taxonomy and the user queries in their Confidential service.
  • The new taxonomy derived the various “AI intents” that became the structure for the Confidential ’s Natural Language Processing.

  • I led design for their travel focused advertising platform. Accomplished the simplification of the campaign management user flow.
  • Also, I helped scale their reporting business
  • I improved their reporting strategy by creating report groups that can be promoted to their partners.

  • Used card sorting analysis among groups based on the understanding of the various metrics and analytics functional areas.
