Programmer Analyst (1996 - 1998)
Member of a team that designed and developed a Data Warehouse, to be used by the world's major airlines to analyze and react to the fares of competing airlines. Analyzed, designed and wrote programs, including the load of merged airline fares and their rules data into the warehouse, which was maintained in a DB2 database. I was also responsible for maintaining and trouble-shooting any problems that arose during the project. This included continuously maintaining the efficiency and integrity of the Data Warehouse application by being available to fix any problems on an on-call basis.

Lead programmer on a project which simplified the loading Domestic Fare data into a DB2 database for the Government Filing System. This involved interfacing with numerous members of other groups to integrate their programs into a job which would run quickly, efficiently and accurately on demand.
Analyzed, coded and maintained COBOL, DC-COBOL and CICS command level programs for the Government Filing System.
Made numerous enhancements to the system as necessary and was responsible for keeping the system available to use 24 hours a day, 7days a week through on-call responsibilities.
