Project Description: National Council for Prescription Drugs Program (NCPDP) has defined new Reject codes for D.0 in an updated External Code List (ECL). For D.0, the ECL is allowed to be modified without requiring a new version of the Telecom Standard (beyond version D.0).
Contribution:
- As a Developer, Deliver revisions from client perspective or design through revised impacted application modules. Deliverables were in line with client standards, rules and protocols. Such deliverable would cover coding and testing.
AWP Core Phase II Projects
Project Description: The purpose of this project is to use the pricing field from Medispan instead of First Data Bank, and any other fields needed to support the pricing data from Medispan.

- As a Tester, involve in creating Test case for the System Integration and Quality Assurance Test.

Job Description:
Provide functional and technical support to the application team and supports the Application Architect throughout the SDLC.

Project Description: American Express is a diversified global financial services company. The company is best known for its credit card, charge card, and traveler\'s cheque businesses.
Contribution:
- As an Application Specialist, during analysis stage, I participated in appropriate review and walk through meetings and also assisted in crafting test plan while supporting application related questions to mitigate issues early. My latest contribution was a government mandated requirement where I participated in the analysis meeting to support the Reporting and Data Archiving Application Team.
- I also performed a designer role that gives efficient and effective programs. As a designer my key contribution are as follows: I designed a program for a government mandatory requirements that need to archive demographic data of all the card members for regulatory purpose; I designed a JCL programs for a critical data warehousing requirement that will unload all major DB2 tables that impact the card members; I designed a new program that will load three new DB2 tables and two updated DB2 tables.
- As a developer my key contribution are as follows: developed more than five complex requirements that impact all the ledger to ledger reports of the Reporting Application Team; coded a complex COBOL program that impact the critical daily balancing report and achieved to improve efficiency and yielding cost savings for the client; developed a new complex COBOL program for a critical data warehousing requirement which will do the task of a five COBOL program and impacts all the card members; developed a new complex COBOL program that will purged all valid inactive accounts from all DB2 tables and archived the data.
- As a test planner and test executioner role, I created test events based on the business condition and assumption they provide during analysis stage and also assisted in test execution issues related to my application team. My latest contribution as a test planner was in a government mandatory requirements that impacts all card member and all the application team of the project.
- As a production support, I was responsible in monitoring the job completion and investigating/solving abends or issues encountered. My key contribution are as follows: performed as a primary contact during major releases that impact the Reporting Application team; was able to solve critical abends that impact card member before the due time; was able to investigate, identify and resolve issues on the out-of-balance of the ledger reports of the application team.
- I was one of the Subject Matter Expert(SME) for the Reporting and Data Warehousing Application Team who is responsible in coaching new resources and conducting knowledge transfer session to guide and let them understand the application functionality and technical skills.
- I also performed as a migration coordinator of the team who is responsible in reviewing the codes before it is implemented in production. My accomplishment in this role was I was able to achieve zero incident during implementation.
