Major Achievement

Monster / ChinaHR deal valued around $375MM was the largest internet business merger in China. The merger ensured Monster as the business leader in the greater China region and cemented Monster’s global leadership position.

Leveraged on my team’s market scan, analysis and execution, ChinaHR focused on campus recruitment, government and leading SOE businesses and delivered 100% revenue growth in 2007 and 2008. At the end of 2008, ChinaHR became the China market leader in online recruitment business.
