  • Failure rate requires the calculation of 10 to 12 Pi Factors for each part category (of 12 categories).
  • Modules built to Calculate Operating Hours Before Failure (MTBF) performed on 109 different part types using the PRISM Prediction Model.
  • More than 32,000 lines of VBA and SQL code in 680 procedures were developed for this tool. Tool provides user with ability to input actual environmental parameters for individual parts used in a System’s electronic circuit.
  • A fully automated project data import process was provided with additional utilities for maintenance and file linking.
