I was supporting the Day-to-Day Operations of the "Phamis System" for the Prince George\'s County Dept. of Housing. The request for actions were given to me by Department Heads in the form of screen prints with various error messages or verbally through the Systems Administrators. Since there was no source code version control tool, I used the production programs as my Baseline. Once a week, I provided a STATUS REPORT ( documentation) to the Project Leader, the Director of Housing and Administrators as to what projects were completed!
