Catagorizing the painpoints we found with priority levels and general themes using Evernote.
This helped us to see what overarching issues there were with the current experience, such as the layout or terminology, as well as pointing out which painpoints needed to be addressed first.
Generating low fidelity wireframes and user flow in Sketch. Once we presented these to the client and got their feedback, we proceeded to create the high fidelity wireframes in accordance with their style guide.
Creating an interactive prototype with InVision using our high fidelity wireframes.
