  • Interacting with top level management of the client to gain a detail understanding of the requirement & preparation of Job description based on internal requisition for open positions
  • Involved in whole array of sourcing, short listing, Interview scheduling, Interview Coordination, Salary Negotiations/Compensation fixations, offer roll out and ensuring to reduce the turnaround time to meet Hiring deadlines.
  • Maintaining good rapport with the candidates till they are on board.
  • Preparation of Induction Schedule, Presentations on HR policies, Leave procedures, Top Management introduction, orientation on organization business objectives, Role clarity.
  • Facilitating the new employees with the joining formalities and providing orientation of the new workplace.
