To detect irregularities and imbalances on the custodial resulting from erroneous postings and documentation relative to receiving, shipping, re-warehousing, and quality assurance.

Monitors all corrective actions to assure that the deficiency has been properly posted to custodial file and that action was timely.
Researches all material reported as not in location to determine cause, and pursues corrective action necessary to correct deficiency. Provides oversight to detect, and recommendations to preclude, deficiencies in internal programs and policies, and offers technical assistance to solve these problems.

Coordinates with operations building personnel and production planners to maintain accurate physical and recorded posture resulting from maintenance, demilitarization, and inspection processes. Maintains complex files.

Utilizes a personnel computer to update and maintain inventory of property book items, and prepares memorandum and reports
Accordingly. Performs inquiries, maintains database, retrieves a variety of data to provide status to customers, perform queries, verify requests, etc. Performs reconciliation for information and reporting requirements, accountability and reference purposes.

Maintains and reviews document control registers for supply actions including credit card purchases, ensuring no misuse of the requisitioning process. Post receipt data to documents control register and conducts necessary coordination action with requestor.
