Primary duties included the daily support of the Seminole Behavioral Healthcare data system through the following activities:

  • Supported data system activity performed within the Agency which included, but was not limited to: planning, training, implementation and maintenance of the data system.
  • Played a pivotal role in the PC/network implementation of Seminole Behavioral Healthcare’s new Crisis Unit.  
  • Assisted in the operation of computer environment, making sure servers, routers, switches, workstations, printers, monitors function correctly.
  • Regularly added/deleted, activated/deactivated network users in Active Directory. Maintained users and computers in Active Directory. Setup/maintained groups, policies, and rules for network users, groups and computers.
  • Demonstrated a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office at the user/technical levels to provide hands on/remote support for end users.
  • Assisted the Data Systems Team with day-to-day functions, as well as short-term and long-term special projects related to general and specific report writing, hardware Anasazi reporting, networks, personal computers, data storage, data integrity and security.
