I am the lead programmer with my current employer. Some of my latest projects have been designing, programming, testing, debugging, and implementing the new trust and accounting systems, collection agency systems, automated skip tracing and debtor locating systems, credit card and loan amortization systems, Y2K compliance as well as constant enhancements at users requests to name just a few. I have a strong back round in customer support. It is an everyday routine to be called by our client owners for new programming requests, enhancements, and give advice on the best way to get the job done. Due to the small size of the current company I am employed and the huge amounts of customers and systems to maintain, my job description goes from mainframe programming CICS and batch to P.C. programming, customer support to data conversions, telecommunications trouble shooting to around the clock support.
On a daily basis I work with our clients concerning data conversions and interfaces with companies such as Scripps Health Care, SDC, Sears, GE Capital, Robinsons May, Capital One, Bank of America, Union Bank, Sanwa Bank, etc. so there are strong customer relation skills as well.
