  • Use technical expertise to determine root causes and solutions to manufacturing quality issues for North American molds sourced from North American and Asian mold plants.
  • Implemented the Michelin manufacturing quality system in the design group. Enabled the group to meet aggressive quality goals in 2008 and 2009.
