Redesigned course, reducing duration from 80 to 20 hrs. This resulted in annual savings of 148,500 in payroll. Additional profitability gained from students entering production earlier, reductions in use of facilities, overhead, etc.
Conducted performance analysis in a call center department with a nine month work backlog and customers worth 15 million annually who were threatening to pull their business. I uncovered 12 performance disconnects and developed a plan to address each. My recommendations eliminated the backlog within 30 days and no customers were lost.
