CCD project is one of the highly visible projects at Liberty Mutual and it is all about implementing a MDM - Customer Data Integration (CDI) for Liberty Mutual’s personal market. Under this project a central hub will be created that will house the customer data from various sources to give a 360 degree view to sales, marketing product, customer service, underwriting and claims divisions. This would ensure that the organization does not use multiple (potentially inconsistent) versions of the same master data in different parts of its operations. Liberty Mutual acquired Safeco, another insurance giant in the US. The master data from this company is also reconciled and the dependencies that existing applications have on the master databases are sorted out during the data merging process.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the Business Requirements and converting them into test cases.
  • Single point of contact to senior management . Assignment and monitoring the tasks of onsite and offshore teams.
  • Development and Review of Test Plans and Test Scripts for ETL Testing for EDW Mart Tables.
