Programmer II - Managed the Support Intensity Scale project for SIS assessment standardization across the State of Michigan. Administrator of the SIS online application which included training users, account creation, and security. Worked closely with PCE and AJ Boggs Company to fully integrate SIS online into ODIN.
- Represented OCCMHA on the state health care data exchange project called CC360. Became the first PIHP to gain access to the front end system. Managed access, data retrieval, and analysis for Medicaid health care data received from the state.

Received best practice in state for this project and the test was adopted by other counties. - Key member in the design of new Electronic Health Record EHR system. Managed a bi-weekly provider data conversion workgroup from multiple clinical applications across the county. Developed project plan goals, tasks, targets and dependencies with Gantt chart web part. Created SharePoint site so external providers had access to project plans, agendas, meeting minutes, and collaboration documents.
- Worked with DBA to map EHR application tables to a normalized data warehouse. Participated with the planning and design of data warehouse using Ralph Kimball methodologies. Handled urgent data requests from management by querying data from application tables until warehouse was developed.
