Sr. MUMPS Developer Designed and modified VISTA's Patient Care Encounter Forms application based on customer's Requirements Specification Document RSD . Primary responsibility was to convert ICD-9 Codes to ICD-10 Codes due to Government Health Regulations. Worked closely with Project Manager to ensure all delivery dates were met. All code was written using InterSystems Cache Studio. VA FileMan was used for all Database encounters. Discoveries were found by me along the way which involved having to meet directly with VA Subject Matter Experts SMEs and changes were made to the RSD. Documented Release Patch Description, System Design Document SDD , Requirements Traceability Matrix RTM and Unit Test Plan. Unit Test Plan was documented so well by me that the VA customer used it as a reference to write their Users Test Plan. Project was delivered on time.
