Implemented the installation and migration of existing business line applications from Datacap 8.01 to Datacap 8.1

• Successfully drove and managed the installation of new servers and software platform through five environments.

Implemented the installation of multiple Filenet 5.1 environments and migrated existing 4.5 Filenet business line applications to the new platform.

Organizational Accomplishments

Organization Change Manager

• Implemented and lead a bi-weekly change management meeting in order to manage changes and communication in our enterprise content management systems.
• Manage changes made to our systems due to defect findings quarterly patching and system changes in a planned and fully tested manner.

Disaster Recovery Manager

• Created a lead role for quarterly DR exercises in order to provide a consistent contact point for communication and status. This new role also includes issue tracking for resolution and developing action plans.

Interim Disaster Recovery Manager

• Created a standard change request procedure fully documenting what is needed to achieve a successful infrastructure interim DR.
• Coordinate development efforts between multiple groups and prioritize efforts in order to resolve issues discovered during the quarterly DR exercise weekend.

Software Patching Change Coordinator

Created the focal role in order to facilitate software patching and testing. This new role is responsible for ensuring that the software changes received from the vendor are fully regression tested and coordinates the implementation of the change.

During my time I have fulfilled three different roles. I was brought into the bank as a system administrator for a new software application Lombardi. As a systems a administrator my responsibilities included installing and configuring the Lombardi application and environments and provide system support for patching and code migrations through the environments. I also performed as a system administrator for our filenet stack of products along with our other capture applications iLinx and RightFax. Because of my experience and master s in project management my role changed to being the Infrastructure Team Lead. As team lead I became responsible for managing our filenet 5.1 application installation and migration of existing applications from the 4.5.x platform to the 5.1 platform. This project was successful and I was awarded a Platinum Award for my work on this effort. As lead I was also the liaison working with multiple agile projects that needed infrastructure support. I coordinated all efforts to ensure that those project where able to make their deliverable dates. I also became responsible for an infrastructure project of installing the 8.1 Datacap applications on a new stack of servers and migrating the existing 8.01 Datacap applications to the new software platform. This role also grew to take over the implementation of an existing project for our Indirect Loan Servicing department utilizing the 8.1 platform. Due to my success in taking over projects that where in trouble and driving them to success my role for the organization included becoming the application support change manger. As change manager I have created and implemented a bi-weekly change meeting in order to coordinate changes on our systems.
