Please do not approach in case the Deal/ Engagement is not yet finalized with the Client/SAP Implementing Company. I am looking only for a long term E2E Engagement ASAP Phase1 Phase5 , where I need not to sit on bench. The Engagement details along with the Industry inclination must be provided initially.

Company needs to arrange a telephonic Client Communication with the Client within Offshore before joining. After getting Approval/ Positive feedback from the Client, then only will join and migrate. The Client Communication F2F can also be conducted within the Company premises within Off-Shore before joining. I need a mail confirmation with clear interview feedback from the Company/ Employer as well as from the Client before joining the project.

I must be given proper and complete KT to become a SAP BI Architect to Business Architect in initial stage and in every required stage including the classroom sessions, job training basic plus advanced to get the complete job satisfaction. For that I must be given a chance to work with knowledgeable and proficient Architects only.

There must be a Chief Architect/ Proficient to guide me from PH-1 of installation till end of the project for proper and complete KT/ guidance.

The chief Architect must be a part of the Project from PH-1 of installation till end of the project so that I can understand the complete implementation planning and the functional logic behind it.

The background verification must be done initially to avoid huge inconvenience. After getting positive feedback, then only will join the company. I need a mail confirmation with clear remarks for the same so that there shouldn't be any contradiction in future. This is to make ensure that, I need not to leave the company for any reason post joining. The same is applicable for the client and needs to be done initially confirmation from the client side is required via mail with clear positive remarks. Once the Background check/ the verifications are done and clear, the Employer must issue No Objection Certificate NOC before joining. In future, there should not be any contradiction for the same.

In case background verification is not applicable for any Organization/ Employer/ Client, must be mentioned with clear remarks in the detailed Offer letter from Company/ Employer and in the No Objection Certificate NOC from Client before joining. In future, there must not be any contradiction for the same.

Every remark must be clearly mentioned with proper transparency in the detailed Offer letter hard copy along with Company Registration number, Work Location, DOJ, Issuing date, Company stamp and signature of the issuing authority.

A hard copy of No Objection Certificate NOC must be produced and provided separately with necessary details and remarks from Company as well as Client side to join the engagement. The clear causes to hire me on Permanent Payroll must be mentioned along with the issuing date, company stamp and signature of the issuing authority.

After getting the Confirmed Offer letter hard copy and No Objection Certificate NOC from the Company as well as NOC from the Client to join the Engagement, then only will proceed for VISA Processing. I am looking for the VISA sponsorship from the Company/ from the Client along with the air tickets for myself and my parents.

Company must take care the whole responsibility of Completion of the Green Card Process until it is processed/ done.

Any difficulties to hire me on Permanent Payroll, needs to be discussed initially before joining. Post joining it will be company's responsibility to take care about my priorities and concerns. There must not be any provision for Probation Period and I must be considered as a permanent employee from day one of my joining.

In case company does not have provision for Employee Training Program for skills up gradation/ skills management basic plus advanced that needs to be mentioned initially before hiring me. In case company is not ready to provide me any opportunity to upgrade my skills, please do mention it earlier. I need a politics free environment to work within a team and within the organization. The Managers and supervisors must be responsible enough to immediately act upon any situation involving disrespectful behavior to control violations of human dignity, decency and self respect in the workplace.

I am not open for salary negotiation post selection and must get the Joining Bonus/ Relocation Allowance. The Employer needs to arrange and pay for my Accommodation, Transportation/ Travel expenses, Medical and Food expenses. There must be proper Pick and Drop facility provided.

Company must have provision for monthly PF Provident Fund scheme and must be deducted from day one of joining.

There must not be any cost reduction/ cost cutting post joining for any reasons any time. Company has to continue with the same salary package as offered/ mentioned in the offer letter along with the retirement benefits.

I should get a minimum fixed hike of 100 on accumulated fixed cost every year till retirement. We can discuss regarding the same to fix the deal.
