This IVR integrated with Avaya CCE Server for screen popup and Finacle CRM as a third party host. Customer can get account statements by Fax and Mail in IVR and Also able to stop cheque payment.

  • Tracking issues raised and completing it within TAT
  • Maintenance of Avaya IR(first level support)
  • To follow up with third party vendors for completion of issue related to their product/Application
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting Servion Admin applications
